Brittany is a South Carolina Certified General Appraiser and senior member of the team who assists with quality control by reviewing reports internally. In addition, Brittany appraises a variety of commercial properties, primarily in the Tri-County area, including retail, office, industrial, and senior living facilities. She has also been involved in numerous eminent domain appraisals and appraisal review reports. Prior to her appraisal career, she worked with the South Carolina Department of Commerce as a Grants Manager.
